Decent prices nice selection of native designs but needs more sizes
This is a great little museum and worth the stop. It has some very interesting items on display, and the video they show has great stories and is fascinating.
Great little museum lots of history and items from the past. The staff is friendly with knowledge of the earlier development of the area.

One of the best museums I have visited anywhere ever. The Johnson family shares their history and artifacts with great generosity to the public. I was in awe to stand before the regalia and feel the power of these pieces wash over me. You can stand inside a tiny trappers cabin and imagine wintering in such a space. George Johnson's car is immaculate after decades of service in the north. The complex mixing of cultures, both Tlingit and European, had me question my assumptions in powerful ways. Do not miss this stop on the highway, and give it the time it deserves!
